Indoor Walking – Train smarter not longer — A fantastic group cross trainer cardio workout in which you can burn up to 800 calories per hour. Low impact, so easy on the joints, but high energy so great for motivation & gaining results in record time!

Insanity – The INSANITY DVD craze, gained popularity for its crazy effective MAX interval workout: Think nonstop, high-intensity intervals with short periods of rest, like walking pushups, mountain climbers, high jumps and high leg lifts.

Step – A cardio workout to tone your glutes and thighs. Suitable for beginners and the experienced stepper, it has all the moves from basic stepping to more advanced routines. A great one to get your heart pumping and your legs burning.

Body Attack – BODYATTACKTM is a high—energy class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push—ups and squats. A LES MILLSTM instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout — challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories* and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

Indoor Cycling – Stages Party – Freestyle indoor cycling is a great way to burn calories, gain leg strength without adding bulk and increase your cardio fitness. Your instructor will take you on a journey of hills, sprints, climbs & interval training with hard hitting motivational music all the way!

Indoor Cycling – Stages Power – This ride with powerful beats and a motivational instructor will have you using the same technology as Team Sky. Push your fitness boundaries while your instructor teaches you how to train with Power, Wattage and RPM – use the Stages monitor and push yourself to your full potential.

Indoor Cycling – Stages Performance – Turn traditional indoor cycling into a fun and interactive experience. This ride is monitored in real time and you are shown as your own personal avatar on our large projection screen. In this ride you are competing only with yourself, not other riders and it allows you to track your performance and gain better results over time. Pumping tunes and inspiring instructors get you motivated and working to your max!

Body Pump – The original weights class that builds strength, tones your body & pushes you to the limit every time. Great music, awesome instructors & your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for — & fast!

Core – An intense resistance based class that focuses on exercises to work your core to the max! Uses weights, Swiss balls & resistance bands. Get abs to die for!

Bootcamp – Includes high intensity bodyweight & resistance exercises plus interval training to burn calories & build strength in the most efficient way possible. Expect short intense periods of exercise & team circuits to add a competitive & fun edge to exercise.

Total Body Conditioning – A varied resistance based class designed to tone, shape and strengthen your entire body.

360 Calorie Killer – Are you up for the challenge? An extreme full body cardio & resistance workout guaranteed to push you to your limits like no other class. Great for burning fat and toning muscles!

Body Blaster – This 30 minute team training class combines the principles of plyometrics, power and agility for building a strong yet agile body.

Body Combat – Supported by driving music & powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick & kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. Build cardio strength, coordination & self confidence to release your inner warrior!

Power Hooping – Flatten your stomach, strengthen your core & add a new ’twist’ to your workout! Using a weighted hulahoop this class is great for getting a slimmer waist, glutes & hips in no time!

Boxercise – Get your gloves on & your guard up! Jab, cross, hook & uppercut your way to sculpted arms & a powerful body.

LBT – A great class for working up a sweat & toning all those wobbly bits! A mixture of cardio & resistance training that incorporates aerobics, step, dance & body weight conditioning.

Pilates – Low reps, low impact, total body conditioning. Transform the way your body looks feels & performs with precise movements designed to stretch and strength muscles without adding bulk. It focuses on the core & postural muscles working to align the spine and improve posture.
