Studio 360 Fitness offers a bespoke collection of some of the world’s latest fitness equipment housed in an open, dynamic and friendly club. A large fully equipped open plan gym, 2 spacious studio used for a variety of group exercise classes, a refuel bar, an in-house masseuse, experienced Personal Trainers and clean and bright changing facilities.

Nutts Physiotherapy Clinic is run here at Studio 360 by Becky Nutt.

Becky initially trained in Sports Therapy completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Hertfordshire leading her into working within football for 4 years with West Ham United Academy, Watford Academy, Colchester United First Team and Grays Athletic First Team. Here she gained vast experience of dealing with sports injuries and taking an injured player back to full functional fitness.

Becky then completed her chartered physiotherapy masters degree at Essex University and has worked in clinical private practice since. Her main areas of interest are orthopaedics, sports injuries, post operative rehabilitation, personal training and sports massage.

Becky has a keen interest in sports and exercise and has completed the London Marathon and London to Southend bike ride on numerous occasions.

Refuel bar

Come and enjoy a range of refreshments in 360’s Refuel Bar. Here you can enjoy a nice cup of tea or coffee or go down the more conventional route of fitness and replenish yourself with a variety of different flavoured protein shakes.

Protein aids the recovery of working muscles and helps build and repair body tissues. Studio 360 is in partnership with Sci-Tec, a leading nutritional company, and members of staff are able to offer wide expertise and professional advice regarding nutritional supplements.

These can be purchased at a competitive rate and will compliment your training program significantly.
